Dr. Rohit Saiju is one of the senior-most eye surgeons and a prominent cataract and plastic eye surgeon of Nepal and the neighbouring region. He specializes in the treatment of cataract, eyelid, orbital, and lacrimal (tear drainage system) disorders. He completed his MD in Ophthalmology from Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu, in 2001, followed by a one-year clinical fellowship in Orbit, Plastic, and Lacrimal Disorders at the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital, Melbourne, in 2004. Dr. Saiju is a senior visiting consultant at the Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology and is widely recognized for his expertise in cataract and oculoplastic surgery. He has received several prestigious awards, including the APAO Distinguished Service Award (Tokyo) in 2014, the APAO Achievement Award (China) in 2021, and the SAO Excellence Award (Delhi) in 2022. He currently serves as Professor of Ophthalmology at the National Academy of Medical Sciences and is a council member of the Asia-Pacific Academy of Ophthalmology (APAO).

Dr. Aric Vaidhya, MD, is a Consultant Oculoplastic and Cataract Surgeon and the Medical Director at Kirtipur Eye Hospital, Nepal, with over 1.5 years in the role. He completed his MD in Ophthalmology from B.P. Koirala Institute of Health Sciences and pursued a fellowship in Oculoplastic, Orbital, and Lacrimal Surgery, alongside Phacoemulsification training, in Japan in 2020. Dr. Vaidhya has a rich clinical background, including his previous work at Rapti Eye Hospital, and specializes in oculoplastic surgery and cataract procedures. An active researcher with over 40 publications in PubMed-indexed journals, he is affiliated with various professional societies, including the Nepal Ophthalmic Society and Asia Pacific Society of Ophthalmic Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. He is dedicated to combating blindness in Nepal through his expertise and compassionate care.

Ms. Jyoti Shrestha is a highly skilled and experienced optometrist who has completed her Bachelor's degree in Optometry from Rajiv Gandhi University in Bangalore, Karnataka, and a 13-month internship at LV Prasad Eye Institute in Hyderabad. She has been working at Dristi the Vision Eye Care Center for a years, where she performs comprehensive eye exams, evaluates visual acuity, diagnoses and treats eye diseases, and fits patients with eyeglasses and contact lenses. Ms. Shrestha is passionate about helping people maintain healthy eyesight and improving their quality of life.

Ms. Shova Joshi is an energetic and hard-working front desk coordinator who has been working at Dristi Eye Clinic for over a decade. With her administrative skills and knowledge, she is responsible for scheduling meetings and appointments, coordinating office activities, and managing the material works of the clinic. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies from CIT College TU, Kathmandu and is currently pursuing her Master's degree. Ms. Joshi is a devoted staff member and is highly motivated in her responsibilities, leading the practice with her expertise.
